Session Chat

View and continue any agentproto daemon session's conversation in the Agentik chat UI (assistant-ui based). Pick a session from the live/recent list or deep-link with ?session=<id>; the page replays the session's full transcript, then follows it live over SSE, and lets you send follow-up prompts into the same session. Built on @agstudio/react-agentproto (SSE transcript projection, permission approval, thread list) and @agstudio/chat-starter's assistant-ui shell, reused almost as-is.
